Some days are gloomy and there are days when it's all bright and shiny. Can we really say, which are better days? Well, to me both are equal. Each day in life is the best one irrespective of what it brings to us in our lives. Our perspective allows us to feel and judge a day of happiness more than a day over that which has been a sad day. Why do I talk about this is because in this time of the pandemic, what really is required to focus on is spirituality, to get into an easy mode of life its flow and the transitions which our universally natural to happen as generations go by.

Simple quotes like” Change is the only constant in life”, are reminders to be chanted like mantras, besides following all the mandatory precautions required to fight this Covid 19. This will help soothe our anxious hearts and support us in dealing with and healing ourselves not only in these times but throughout our life journey. There fore, now on every human being, a child or an adult should gather this knowledge and try to put it into practice, so that never again we have to find moments to learn spirituality in crisis instead it should be a way of life: something to be taught in school and colleges. Spirituality is a life skill, not a religion, but, yes, one can follow it religiously so that one can be as calm, peaceful, and brave on all the days inherently and even stronger if it's doomsday. For, this too shall pass, and a new story or if I may say so, new life will begin.
